PARGO DIGITAL INC

Welcome to PARGO DIGITAL INC (“PARGO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You meet the eligibility requirements
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

2. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Cheat, exploit, or manipulate gameplay mechanics
  • Use bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Interfere with servers or networks

We may take action, including banning accounts, for violations.

4. Virtual Items & Purchases

Our Services may include virtual currency, in-game items, memberships, and other digital features.

All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policies, non-transferable, and licensed, not owned. We may modify or remove virtual items or digital features at any time as permitted by law and platform rules.

5. Payments, Billing & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Some Services may offer paid auto-renewable subscriptions, including membership plans that provide benefits such as ad-free access, badges, bonus virtual currency, or other in-app features.

Subscription details, including the subscription title, duration, price, and available benefits, are shown in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and are displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm payment.

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refund requests are handled by the platform where the purchase was made, subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

PARGO DIGITAL INC does not directly process app store subscription payments and does not control platform billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund decisions.

Subscription benefits are licensed, not sold, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as permitted by law and platform rules. If a subscription benefit changes materially, we will make reasonable efforts to update the app or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services—including games, graphics, logos, designs, and software—is owned by or licensed to PARGO DIGITAL INC.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or modify our content
  • Use our trademarks without permission

7. User Content

If you submit or upload content (e.g., usernames, avatars, chat, or media), you grant PARGO a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

  • Does not violate laws
  • Does not infringe on others’ rights

8. Updates & Changes

We may update or modify the Services at any time, including:

  • Adding or removing features
  • Changing gameplay mechanics
  • Resetting progress or data (if necessary)

We are not liable for any changes affecting gameplay or user progress.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or error-free operation
  • That bugs or issues will be fixed immediately

Use the Services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARGO DIGITAL INC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, progress, or virtual items
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
